Ranveer Singh, the actor behind Dhurandhar 2, has been ordered by the Karnataka High Court to apologize for mimicking Rishab Shetty's performance in Kantara. The mimicry took place at the IFFI 2025 closing ceremony, where Ranveer exaggerated Rishab's Daiva act and referred to the daivas as 'ghosts'.
As per the latest update, Ranveer has informed the court that he is ready to file an affidavit tendering an unconditional apology for his actions and also visit the Chamundi temple as per the court's order.
The court heard the actor's plea on March 24 and remarked that the actor should always feel remorse for the matter and understand that his position as an actor carries immense weight.
