Tamil actor Trisha Krishnan was spotted leaving her home on Sunday, beaming with joy as she headed to the swearing-in ceremony of her rumoured partner, Tamil superstar Vijay.
Trisha looked stunning in a teal and gold saree as she attended the ceremony at Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai. When asked about the significance of the day, she replied with a wide smile, 'Yes. Thank you, thank you. Looking forward.'
Trisha's mother, Uma Krishnan, also accompanied her to the ceremony. Despite being surrounded by media personnel and police, Trisha remained composed and greeted other guests and waved to those seated far away.
Vijay's mother, Shoba, was also greeted by Trisha, as were his cousin sisters. The ceremony marked a significant moment for Vijay's party, Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK), which swept the Tamil Nadu elections but struggled to prove a majority to form the government.
After forming alliances with Congress and other parties post-elections, Vijay is finally being sworn into office. Trisha's presence at the ceremony sparked speculation about their rumoured relationship, which has been a topic of discussion in the film industry for months.
