Cuba's Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez has expressed willingness to engage in 'serious and responsible dialogue' with the US, but emphasized that Havana will not tolerate any interference in its internal affairs.

The comments came during the CELAC summit, a meeting of 33 Latin American and Caribbean countries excluding the US and Canada.
