Currently, there are 480 reports from the US and 440 from the UK. Frustrated users have taken to X to report the problem, with some experiencing issues with their workspace accounts.
Gemini serves as a conversational assistant incorporated into Google Search, Workspace, One, and Cloud, providing immediate responses and sophisticated productivity tools.
Google has yet to release a statement regarding the outage or provide a timeline for its resolution. The sudden increase in reports suggests that the disruption occurred suddenly, rather than gradually.
The outage comes just days after Google introduced Gemini Omni, a new multimodal AI model capable of creating and editing videos through text, images, audio, and video prompts.
