Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has warned that without the country's missile programme, the United States and Israel would have 'razed Iran like Gaza.'
During a visit to Pakistan, Pezeshkian stated that the US and Israel would have shown no mercy to either the old or the young if Iran did not have its missile programme.
He also slammed the US for its hypocrisy on human rights, calling it a 'big lie.'
Pezeshkian reiterated that Iran would never negotiate with anyone over its defensive capabilities, including its missile programme, which is not included in its memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the US.
Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also confirmed that the MoU does not mention Iran's ballistic missile programme, calling for an end to double standards.
