The consultancy claimed to have only 50 employees, but USCIS records showed they had more than 80 approved H-1B petitions over the previous three years, making them ineligible for the reduced fee category.
The consultancy failed to provide required documents, and the petition was ultimately denied.
The user has not received any meaningful update about the status of the matter and is now questioning whether to give up hope of obtaining the visa through this route.
