US President Donald Trump walked out of an interview with NBC's Kristen Welker in Wisconsin after a heated exchange over his allegations of election fraud in California's gubernatorial election.
Trump claimed that officials were 'cheating' in the election and that Republican candidates were not performing well, but when asked to provide evidence to support his claims, he replied, 'All I have to do is look.'
Welker pointed out that courts and election officials had not substantiated those claims, prompting Trump to call her 'crooked' and accuse the press of being dishonest.
Trump also took a jibe at other news organisations, calling them 'crooked' and claiming that the US is 'like a third-world country' when it comes to administering elections.
He eventually declared that he had 'had enough' and walked out of the interview, despite Welker's attempts to persuade him to stay.
