Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) leader Abhijeet Dipke has left the United States and is on his way to India ahead of a planned protest at Delhi's Jantar Mantar. In a social media post, Dipke said he has left his fate in the hands of the Constitution.

The CJP had earlier urged supporters not to gather at Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi to receive Dipke upon his arrival, instead appealing for a peaceful and lawful protest on June 6 demanding Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation over the NEET paper leak controversy.

The party has called for restraint and maintained that supporters should avoid any actions that could lead to disruption, as opponents look for an opportunity to dismiss or defame the movement.

The CJP spokesperson Vijeta Dahiya said the decision to have Dipke seek police permission in person on June 6 is part of the organisation's strategy, and the party remains optimistic that the authorities will grant the required clearance to hold the peaceful demonstration.
