The owners of a popular Goa nightclub where 25 people died in a devastating fire are seeking anticipatory bail in a Delhi court. Gaurav Luthra and Saurabh Luthra, who fled to Thailand after the tragedy, have filed a petition to avoid arrest. The brothers, who own several clubs and restaurants, are under investigation for their possible role in the fire. An inquiry into the incident is ongoing, with the Goa police collaborating with the CBI and Interpol. A Blue Corner Notice has been issued to track down potential suspects. Meanwhile, police have brought another owner of the nightclub, Ajay Gupta, to the crime branch office for questioning. As part of the probe, the district administration has demolished part of the Romeo Lane restaurant in Vagator, which is also owned by the Luthra brothers. The case is set to unfold in court, with a hearing scheduled for today.
