PM Modi to Attend G7 Summit in France, Possible Meeting with Trump

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to attend the two-day G7 Summit in France next week. During his visit, he may meet US President Donald Trump, although a bilateral meeting is yet to be confirmed.

Modi will first travel to Nice for a meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron on June 14, followed by a state visit to Slovakia from June 14-16.

He will then return to France to join the outreach sessions of the G7 Summit at Evian from June 16-17.

Modi is expected to hold bilateral meetings with leaders of the UK, Germany, Egypt, and possibly Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky.

During the G7 Summit, Modi will exchange views with leaders on key issues such as forging new partnerships, reviving economic growth, and ensuring a safe rollout of AI.
