Prof. Lakshmi Bai, a dedicated medical professional, received her medical degree in 1945 and served the nation until her retirement from MKCG Medical College in 1986. A team from AIIMS Bhubaneswar visited Prof. Lakshmi Bai at her residence, accompanied by senior faculty members and dignitaries, to celebrate her centenary birthday. The celebration, organised by her family members, reflects the deep respect and admiration she commands across generations for her remarkable legacy and contributions to the medical field.
