Actor Lavanya Tripathi recently spoke about a harrowing experience she had with a Tamil director who made her uncomfortable. She revealed that she had filed a case against the director after turning down the movie. The incident occurred almost a decade ago and left her feeling pressured, causing her to cry at home.
Lavanya stated that she had never spoken about the incident before and had dealt with it on her own. She emphasized the importance of being strong in the face of adversity, saying, 'If you're going through hell, keep going.'
The actress also shared her journey in the film industry, including her debut film Andala Rakshasi and her recent projects, such as the Tamil film Thanal and the upcoming Sathi Leelavathi. Lavanya married her co-star Varun Tej Konidela in 2023 and welcomed their son, Vaayuv, in November 2025.
