Hollywood stars Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are facing a new financial headache over their unfinished dream home in Upstate New York, a new report claims.

Just weeks after Blake settled her high-profile It Ends With Us legal battle, the couple has been hit with over $2.1 million in unpaid bills from construction workers.

According to a new report citing records filed in April 2026, five contractors and subcontractors have filed legal claims against the couple's massive estate in Lewisboro, which sits about 50 miles north of Manhattan.

Their dream mansion project in Upstate New York included a luxury compound spread across nearly 110 acres, featuring a giant 14,500-square-foot main house, a pool house, a private gym, and advanced eco-friendly heating systems.

However, construction on the mansion has reportedly come to a complete halt, with multiple contractors filing claims for unpaid work, totaling $2,108,856.63.

The biggest bill comes from a luxury building company called Flower Construction, which is demanding $1,356,157.54.

Reports suggest that work on the luxury mansion began slowing down toward the end of 2025 before grinding to a complete halt early this year, directly overlapping with the period when Lively was locked in a highly publicized legal battle with her It Ends With Us director and co-star, Justin Baldoni.

No official statement has been released by the couple or their representatives regarding the liens.
