Actor Raashii Khanna has expressed concerns about the impact of the ongoing West Asian conflict on the film industry. In a recent interview, she stated that if the situation doesn't de-escalate, films may not be a priority for people due to inflation and economic constraints.

Khanna, who is currently promoting her upcoming release Ustaad Bhagat Singh, believes that the film industry will suffer as people may not be able to afford luxury items like cinema tickets. She also pointed out that small and medium-budget films will struggle to gain traction, while big-budget films will continue to dominate the box office.

The Telugu film industry has already seen a decline in the success of small-budget films, with OTT platforms becoming increasingly popular. Khanna's statement comes at a time when the Bengali and Malayalam film industries have faced challenges due to the LPG shortage, leading to reevaluated production budgets and alternative arrangements for filming.

Khanna has had a busy year with multiple releases, including Aghathiyaa, Telusu Kada, and 120 Bahadur. Her upcoming film Ustaad Bhagat Singh will clash with Ranveer Singh's Dhurandhar: The Revenge in the Telugu states.
