The FBI has launched a new 'Most Wanted Fraudsters' list, featuring suspects accused of large-scale financial crimes, including a $30M Medicaid scam in Ohio.

According to Fox News, the list spotlights suspects accused in fraud schemes ranging from millions to billions of dollars in alleged losses tied to taxpayers, healthcare systems, and government programs.

Authorities claim the defendants billed Medicaid for therapy and psychotherapy services supposedly provided to children and young adults attending summer camps, church groups, and recreational programs, but many of those services were medically unnecessary or never provided.

As part of the investigation, authorities seized nearly $469,000 from bank accounts and confiscated 14 luxury vehicles worth around $800,000.

The DOJ also announced separate fraud-related cases involving alleged COVID-19 loan fraud and an international romance scam that prosecutors say stole more than $15 million from over 130 victims across the United States.
