Former Himachal Pradesh Congress Vice-President Neeraj Bharti's Facebook account has been blocked amid a growing confrontation with the Congress leadership in Himachal Pradesh.

The move comes after Bharti resigned from his post as Vice-President of the Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee (HPCC) and expressed dissatisfaction with the functioning of the state government under Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu.

Bharti, son of Himachal Pradesh Agriculture Minister Chander Kumar, had been posting sharp criticism of the Congress leadership and government on social media, leading to disciplinary action by the party.

The blocking of Bharti's Facebook account has triggered political discussions, with the exact reason for the block remaining unclear.
