Nida Khan, a 26-year-old woman accused of alleged rape, sexual harassment, and religious coercion at TCS's Nashik BPO, is in Mumbai expecting her first child, her family has confirmed. They deny all allegations against her, stating that she is a tele-caller and part of the sales team, not the human resources team as widely reported. Her family claims that a photograph of her with the designation 'HR head' was superimposed on her Instagram account, and that she has never been associated with the HR team. The family has suffered huge mental trauma and regrets encouraging her to work, claiming that she was just a victim of circumstance. Her lawyer is in the process of filing an anticipatory bail application for her before the sessions court in Nashik.
