Opposition leaders will meet in Delhi today to redraw their strategy and iron out differences amid growing faultlines and changed power dynamics.

The crucial huddle will bring together 23 Opposition parties, including senior Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge, TMC's Mamata Banerjee and Abhishek Banerjee, and Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav.

However, the DMK and Aam Aadmi Party are unlikely to attend, citing internal issues and differences with the Congress.

The meeting is key to the recalibration of the Opposition bloc's strategy forward, given the poll setbacks in recent months.

The Opposition parties are expected to discuss the way forward, project a united front on national issues, and chart their future steps in the run up to the next cycle of Assembly elections and the next Lok Sabha elections in 2029.
