Priyanka Gandhi Vadra had taken a jibe at Home Minister Amit Shah, saying even Chanakya would be shocked by the BJP's political scheming.
The Congress has opposed the BJP's move to increase the Lok Sabha seats, saying it's a means to retain power and undermine India's democracy.
The BJP, however, has assured that the increase in Lok Sabha seats will not lead to discrimination against any state.
The bills aim to increase the seats from 543 to a maximum of 850, with one-third women representation.
