Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) CEO K Krithivasan has clarified that Nida Khan, a key figure in the Nashik office allegations, is neither an HR manager nor responsible for recruitment. The company has launched an independent investigation into the matter, led by experts from Deloitte and Trilegal.
The allegations against Khan, who is one of eight accused, include sexual violence, religious coercion, and conversion. However, her family claims she was simply a telecaller and not involved in any wrongdoing.
The Nashik unit has been at the center of controversy, with employees alleging sexual harassment and religious coercion. A total of nine FIRs have been lodged based on complaints from employees.
TCS CEO Krithivasan has assured that the Nashik unit remains operational and serves clients, dismissing rumors of its closure.
