The Nashik City Police have shared details of alleged sexual harassment incidents at a Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)-linked BPO with the NIA, ATS, and intelligence agencies, seeking assistance in probing possible links with extremist organisations and foreign funding.

A special investigation team is probing eight accused senior employees, and nine FIRs were registered based on complaints by nine junior employees alleging sexual abuse, harassment, and religious coercion.

Seven of the eight accused have been arrested, while one woman is absconding. The probe has widened beyond workplace misconduct to examine possible larger networks.

A Nashik court remanded the operations-cum-HR manager to 14 days of magisterial custody, and the Bajrang Dal has called for a nationwide protest to denounce alleged instances of sexual harassment and forced conversion.
