The videos, shared by the Providence Police, show a person in dark clothing walking briskly on a sidewalk near the university campus in Providence. The individual, wearing a hat or winter head covering, has their face partially obscured. No visible items are seen in their hands. The FBI has announced a $50,000 reward for information leading to the case's resolution. The shooting on December 13 left two people dead and several injured. Rhode Island Governor Daniel McKee expressed his commitment to apprehending the perpetrator, stating that the individual responsible for the deadly shooting should be identified, arrested, and brought to justice. Rhode Island Attorney General Peter Neronha has warned that the person of interest may be armed and dangerous. Brown University has reached out to students who were in the Barus & Holley building on Friday and Saturday, asking them to arrange for an interview with the Providence Police.
