Epstein Files Unveiled: Bill Gates, Noam Chomsky, and Steve Bannon Among High-Profile Figures
The newly released set from Epstein files include images featuring Bill Gates, Noam Chomsky, and former Trump aide Steve Bannon.
The US House Oversight Committee has released 68 previously unseen photographs from Jeffrey Epstein's estate, including images featuring prominent figures such as Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, political philosopher Noam Chomsky, and former Trump aide Steve Bannon. The release comes a day before the US Justice Department is required to make public unclassified files related to its investigation into the disgraced financier.
The photographs were made public as part of an effort to provide greater transparency into Epstein's activities and the network of associates linked to him. Democrats on the House Oversight Committee said the images are disturbing and include close-up shots of sentences from 'Lolita,' a novel centered on a man's obsession with a 12-year-old girl, scribbled on a woman's body. Other images include identification cards belonging to women from various countries and screenshots of a text exchange discussing the sending of girls for payment.
Representatives for Gates, Chomsky, and Bannon have not commented on the matter. The 68 photographs are part of a larger cache of around 95,000 images handed over to the House Oversight Committee. Thousands of additional images remain under review, described as both graphic and mundane, with analysis ongoing.
The White House has pushed back against the significance of the latest disclosures, stating that the release does not alter the administration's position on transparency related to the Epstein files. President Trump has consistently called for transparency, and his administration has delivered, according to a White House spokesperson.
