Tamil actor-racer Ajith Kumar returned to India after being stranded in Dubai due to the US-Israel conflict with Iran. Upon his return, he visited the Sai Baba temple and later purchased a swanky new Mahindra BE 6 Formula E car.
Ajith's new ride is a Formula E-inspired SUV with a top speed of 202 km/h, priced at ₹24.49 lakh. He picked the Tango Red variant for the colour and posed for pictures at the showroom.
Before buying the car, Ajith visited the Sai Baba temple, where he was welcomed by the temple authorities and posed for pictures with them. He also took the time to speak with them after the darshan.
Ajith is a professional racer and an actor, who has competed in several championships, including the 2003 Formula Asia BMW Championships and the 2010 Formula 2 Championship. He will take part in the 2026 Le Mans Cup.
Ajith was last seen in the Vidaamuyarchi and Good Bad Ugly last year and has yet to announce any new projects. A racing film on Ajith is reportedly in the works.
