Nicole Kidman and Jamie Lee Curtis are co-executive producing and starring in the new mystery crime series 'Scarpetta' for Prime Video, based on Patricia Cornwell's popular books.
The series follows Dr. Kay Scarpetta, a forensic pathologist played by Kidman, as she solves complex murders and returns to Virginia to uncover cases eerily reminiscent of one three decades prior.
Curtis plays Scarpetta's free-spirited sister Dorothy, and the cast also includes Emmy winner Bobby Cannavale, Simon Baker, and Ariana DeBose.
The series is led by showrunner Liz Sarnoff and has been ordered for two seasons.
