Music composer Santhosh Narayanan and rapper Arivu are at odds over the hit indie single Enjoy Enjaami. The feud began after a fan claimed that Santhosh and his stepdaughter, singer Dhee, 'stole' the song from Arivu.

Santhosh responded, stating that the idea for the song was conceived by Dhee, and that Arivu wrote almost all the words and performed. He also claimed that Arivu was credited as a 'featuring artist' and received neither payment nor ownership for his work.

Arivu, however, claimed that he wrote the lyrics, composed the main vocal melody, and performed the song based on his cultural history and lived experience. He also stated that he was not paid or given ownership for his work.

The feud escalated with Santhosh calling Arivu 'delusional' and Arivu accusing Santhosh of 'brazen lies.'

Enjoy Enjaami has over 521 million views on YouTube alone, and the feud has sparked a debate about credit, rights, and dignity of labour in the music industry.
