The police emphasized the need for strict adherence to emergency protocols in such situations. Joy Singh, founder of Raasta and Yeti clubs, stated that his outlets are fully compliant with all rules and emphasized the need for strict adherence to regulations. Manpreet Singh, treasurer of the National Restaurant Association of India, highlighted the importance of fire safety norms, including ensuring multiple exits and monitoring crowd density. Regular club-goers have also expressed their concerns, emphasizing the need for a safe environment to unwind and relax. The Delhi Police has assured that checks with district authorities and fire officials will be strengthened across the festive period to ensure compliance at high-density venues.
