AJ Brown's potential trade to the New England Patriots remains a hot topic in the NFL offseason. ESPN insider Adam Schefter believes the Patriots are still the lead contender to land the star wide receiver.

As the cap-flexibility date draws closer, trade rumors are intensifying, and speculation surrounding Brown continues to grow. Schefter stated that he is waiting for a trade between Brown and the Patriots.

Other teams, such as the Los Angeles Rams and Jacksonville Jaguars, have been mentioned as potential suitors, but Schefter remains confident that the Patriots will ultimately agree to a deal that reunites Brown with head coach Mike Vrabel.

Brown previously played under Vrabel during their time together with the Tennessee Titans from 2019 to 2021 and was traded to the Philadelphia Eagles in 2022 for $96 million.

Brown has established himself as one of the league's best wide receivers, earning multiple Pro Bowl selections and delivering six 1,000-yard seasons out of his seven NFL seasons.
