With the 2026 NBA Draft just around the corner, anticipation is building around projected top pick AJ Dybantsa.
The 19-year-old BYU Cougars star recently revealed on the Baseline Banter podcast that he chose not to participate in pre-draft workouts with NBA teams.
Instead of the traditional workout routine, Dybantsa opted to visit the cities and spend time with teams, confident in his resume and ability.
Coming off a standout season where he averaged 25.5 points per game and earned the Julius Erving Award, Dybantsa is widely projected to be the No. 1 pick in the June 23 draft.
The Washington Wizards currently hold the top selection, but it remains to be seen if Dybantsa's bold decision will work in his favor or potentially against him.
