The Dallas Cowboys have agreed to terms with cornerback Cobie Durant, who had an NFL-best three interceptions during the 2025 playoffs for the Los Angeles Rams.
Durant joins a defensive unit that has seen significant additions in free agency and trades, including edge rusher Rashan Gary and safeties Jalen Thompson and P.J. Locke.
The 28-year-old Durant, a fourth-round pick by the Rams in 2022, has made 29 starts over the past two regular seasons and can play outside cornerback, potentially giving the Cowboys more versatility.
He is the fifth defensive player to join the Cowboys in free agency or through trades, and the team has also re-signed tight end Princeton Fant and defensive end Sam Williams.
