Morgan expressed that Rex didn't always believe in soulmates but eventually realized what it felt like to have one. The couple had been together for six years and lived every day to the fullest.
Rex's close friend, Victor Silva, also paid tribute, remembering him for his love of dirt biking and his determination to push himself to be better.
Culpepper had a standout college career at Syracuse, throwing for over 1,500 yards and recording 11 touchdown passes. He also faced significant health challenges, including a battle with testicular cancer, but was declared cancer-free after undergoing chemotherapy treatment.
