The American racing community was left in shock after NASCAR legend Kyle Busch's passing at the age of 41. The news of his death within 24 hours of hospitalization due to an undisclosed illness raised questions about the cause of his death.

According to reports, Kyle Busch's death certificate revealed that he died from a chain of events, starting with bacterial pneumonia that lasted for days to weeks.

The illness he experienced during the NASCAR Cup Series race at Watkins Glen International, for which he requested medical help and was injected, stemmed from the pneumonia.

Closer to the day of his death, his death certificate notes that his pneumonia was gradually turning into sepsis. A day before his passing, Busch suffered a medical emergency during training, coughed up blood, and was near-unresponsive, leading to his hospitalization and eventual passing.

The official cause of death is mentioned as: 'into sepsis, resulting in rapid and overwhelming associated complications.'
