Thunder's Gilgeous-Alexander Extends Record 20-Point Streak, Wins 8th Straight

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the Oklahoma City Thunder to an 8th consecutive win, defeating the Minnesota Timberwolves 116-103. He scored 20 points and 10 assists, extending his record 20-point streak to 128 games.
Gilgeous-Alexander was rested for part of the fourth quarter, but returned to the game with 7:10 left and scored on a stepback against Anthony Edwards with 1:46 remaining. He was fouled and made a free throw to keep the streak alive.
The Thunder forced 22 turnovers while committing just seven. Chet Holmgren had 21 points and nine rebounds, while Isaiah Joe added 20 points. Julius Randle scored 32 points and Edwards added 19 for the Timberwolves.
Oklahoma City took control early in the final period, with Jared McCain connecting on two 3-pointers from behind-the-back passes from Isaiah Hartenstein.
