Actor Vivek Oberoi recently returned to Dubai from Mumbai, where he penned a heartfelt note expressing gratitude to Emirates and the UAE government for ensuring the safety of residents during the tense period.
As tensions rose in the Middle East due to the US–Iran conflict, several flights were disrupted, leaving many people stranded in Dubai and other cities in the United Arab Emirates.
Vivek, who reunited with his family in Dubai, shared a video message on Instagram, praising the Emirates crew for maintaining calm and taking care of everyone despite their own fears.
He also expressed gratitude to the UAE leadership, saying their steady leadership and unwavering calm provided the safety needed to come back.
Vivek will next be seen in the film Spirit, which is set to release in eight languages on March 5, 2027.
