New Delhi: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is set to submit a detailed report on the NEET-UG 2026 paper leak, highlighting flaws in the exam process and recommending reforms to prevent similar incidents.
The federal agency has completed its investigation, identifying key conspirators and beneficiaries, including subject experts engaged by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
The CBI will share a report with the government and NTA, recommending systemic changes and corrective measures, based on the interrogation of accused persons, witnesses, and analysis of thousands of documents.
The agency has arrested 13 people in the case, including three teachers allegedly behind the leak of chemistry, biology, and physics questions.
The CBI's assessment report will go beyond the conspiracy details in the charge sheet, highlighting vulnerabilities in large-scale competitive exams.
