Cristiano Ronaldo was overcome with emotion as he left the field following Al Nassr's 4-1 win over Damac, securing their first Saudi Pro League title since 2019.
Ronaldo scored twice in the second half, his 27th and 28th league goals of the season, to seal the victory and end his three-year wait for a league title in Saudi Arabia.
His fiancée, Georgina Rodrigues, was in attendance and gave him a standing ovation as he was substituted with minutes remaining.
Al Nassr's Joao Felix praised Ronaldo's dedication and perseverance, saying, 'Cris has been trying for a few years now to win his first title here.'
Ronaldo has also been selected for Portugal's 2026 World Cup squad, which is expected to be his final tournament.
